Power for Living Christian Worship Center is a dynamic body of believers
empowered by the Holy Spirit to share Christ with as many people as possible in our
church, our community and throughout the world.  We seek to do this through local
outreach, mission trips and support of mission’s offerings for both North American
and International missions.
•  We seek to worship God in spirit and in truth through weekly worship services.
•  We seek to build strong fellowship with God and with other believers through
prayer, bible study, and worship and church wide fellowships.
•  We desire to help others experience a growing knowledge of God and man.
•  We are striving to be a church that ministers unselfishly to persons in the
community and world in the name of Christ.
•  We seek to be a church whose purpose is to be Christlike in our daily living by
emphasizing total commitment of life, personality and possessions to the Lordship
of Jesus Christ.
•  We strive to preach the gospel to the lost so they will be saved and come to
obedient faith in Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19-20).
•  We strive to nurture and strengthen those who have already been saved.
(Ephesians 4:11-16).
•  Our specific mission at Power for Living Christian Worship Center is to equip and
empower men, women, boys and girls for worship and service, Christian leadership,
evangelism, in families, in the church, in the community and around the world.
•  Through equipping and empowering our people for worship and service,
leadership, evangelism, we will develop members who seek to proclaim God’s
standards to the world rather than defend themselves against the world.

CHURCH VISION
Power for Winning Souls 2009
Reach One, Teach One!

The power promised was not worldly force or political authority.  Jesus was not indicating a revival of Jewish dominance.  Instead, the word
"POWER" means ability or capacity.  Jesus promised that once the Holy Ghost came upon us, His followers would have a new ability. The
ability had more to do with being than doing.  The believers would "be witnesses," not just "do witnessing."  Evangelism is a process, not just
an event.  It involves a total lifestyle, not just occasional efforts. The believers were not to manufacture their own ways of proclaiming the
gospel, but to look for supernatural ability from the Holy Spirit to make them effective in the gospel presentation.  The power came when the
Holy Ghost arrived, not before. The believers were to be witnesses to Christ, not to themselves.  They were to make disciples not to
themselves but to the risen Lord!

Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them.  When they saw Him,
they worshiped Him; but some doubted.  And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in
heaven and on earth.  "GO" therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son
and of the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the
end of the age."    Amen
                 Matthew 28:16-20
And He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.  But you shall
receive "POWER" when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea
and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
          Acts 1:7-8
